A recent article in the March issue of Glamour has caught my attention: Lose Weight While you Sleep!. You must think that this is too good to be true, don’t you? Well, this month I will be putting myself to the test! Why not?! I have nothing to lose but pounds. I normally get close to 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep but the sleep experts say that you must get at least 7.5 hours every night. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean that you’d lose more pounds with more hours of sleep hahaha. Find out your time to hit the pillows by counting 7.5 hours counter-clockwise from the time you normally wake up. For example, if your normal wake-up time is 6 a.m., you’d need to go to bed by 10:30 p.m. If you have trouble going to bed early, start a routine so that your body associates your activity with time for extra ZZZs. For me, I will start by reading a good book. Sweet dreams!
